I don't have to be constantly bothered by IBS symptoms most of the time now. Would highly recommend this one. Also, a suggestion to team Unived - if it is possible can you guys also try to include these strains too? — L Plantarum 299v, Bifidobacterium Infantis 35624. They help with bloating. Keep up the good work! And please don't change/reduce the already existing probiotic strains there. Update 2024: I have shifted to Sharrets' Probiotics as the formulation in them is the same as this one with double the capsules at an even cheaper price. And they work fine for IBS-D.
