I only used the original filters and have never tried this type. I don't want to buy and have to fumble with them.** A: Very easy, once you realize that there is only one way they fit into the frame (not exactly rectangular) the fit is precise. Next you snap the framed filter onto the second (very much like the original) then slide right into the unit the same as you do now. The filtration is so much better, a finer filter coupled with the foam filter and both are disposable. No more washing and wringing. They are cheaper, better and once you see how easy they work you will be very pleased. BTW I have arthritis in my hands, fingers and that doesnt inhibit using theses fine filters whatsoever. Try them, they are less than my co pay for one resmed filter. **Q: There was nothing in my package!** A: Reach out to the company directly.
