If you follow Gary Brecka or have problems with methylation you'll know why this is so important. The exception 'Adenosylcobalamin'. I don't know why they haven't put this in because its another bioactive B12 and Methylcobalomin cannot convert to it. Both types are important because they have slightly different roles in the body so you may want to add this to the B vitamin stack.
