I removed the unit and restarted the atomizer I than reinstalled the unit and I noticed no air was coming from it. I once again removed the unit and tried to blow air through it, no chance air was going through it. I laid it on the counter to be returned the next morning. The next morning I took it to my office to return it, but decided to try it on atomizer, we have at our office. I hooked it up, started the atomizer and put the unit in a glass of water, it worked fine? When the atomizer stopped and I removed the unit from the water to put it in a second glass of water, but when I restarted the atomizer once again, no air would go through the unit. Answer, hard to believe but If the unit gets wet before it is inserted in water it will not let air pass through it, it only works when it starts completely dry. This makes no sense to me considering it is made to operate in water.
