Each devotional includes a note of encouragement, a prayer, meditation verses, and one memory verse to help you put on God's armor daily.  Additionally, at the end of each chapter there are questions for personal reflection or group discussion. "Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes." ~Ephesians 6:10-11
