Perfect for cars and vans, it delivers a quieter, smoother driving experience without the bulk of competitors. ## Description 1. Dodo Mat DEADN Hex is a self adhesive, foil backed sound deadening vibration damper. Simply cut, peel & stick Dodo Mat DEADN Hex on the interior sheet metal of any vehicle to reduce unwanted vibrations & structural noise. Make those panels as dead as a Dodo! Dodo Mat DEADN Hex has a high grade butyl compound for better sound deadening & vibration control. To maintain flexibility and ease of cutting we also employ our unique Hex embossing pattern. DEADN Hex provides a lower weight solution for the car/van owner wanting a quiet smoother drive without adding unnecessary mass. The unique Dodo specification chemistry of the synthetic butyl core effectively deadens panel vibration without the excessive bulk of competitor products. The distinctive Hex top sheet is purposely designed to be aid installation and mould easily on more complex surfaces. This added flexibility allows the Dodo mat to be easily installed, with improved cosmetic appearance whilst minimising creases and folds. Review: Great stuff, works a treat. - Very good stuff. Actually bought this to reduce condensation build up on my metal sunroof panel in my car which during cold weather was almost like an upside down swimming pool. Sound deadening was an added bonus. Easy to cut to size, very good adhesion. No requirement for my application for flexibility but is reasonably flexible (probably plenty flexible). I spray glued a black fabric over the top of it to match my headliner. Worked an absolute treat, absolutely no condensation build up on it since, has remained totally dry! I also have plenty left over so will do the same with the actual inner side of the roof next time I remove the headliner. Certainly good value for the amount you receive although I wouldn't want to pay too much more. Easy to install, just make sure you measure 3 times, cut once, and plan the method you'll be sticking it down. Once it tou he's something, it doesn't like being lifted off again to be repositioned (extremely sticky, and will stretch while being peeled off the shiny aluminium foil covering). We started from scratch with a basic van, this stuff is great! Completely changes the sound in the back of the van before you even start to put frames and furniture in. The sticky on the back holds for ages and stays there also even when warm. This is a great product- I highly recommend! ## Frequently Bought Together - Dodo Mat DEADN Hex sound deadening mat, 20 Sheets, 20 sq.ft (1.8sq.m), car & van sound proofing, vibration damping - JNBGTU 2Pcs Automotive Sound Deadening Roller Rubber Seam Roller, for Car Audio Deadening Mats Heat Abatement Mats Roofing Materials Linoleum Flooring Carpeting Wallpaper Application Wheel Roller - Trim-Fix 3x 500ml High Temperature Adhesive Glue Spray for Van Lining --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/450320022-dodo-mat-deadn-hex-sound-deadening-mat-20-sheets-20](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/450320022-dodo-mat-deadn-hex-sound-deadening-mat-20-sheets-20) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
