This, the first item, was probably fine. The wiring instructions essentially were missing. The "holes" on top were numbered correctly leading one to believe the wiring was thru these holes. Totally wrong. The instructions with the second order instructed to insert the wires into the side slots. These side slots were never mentioned in the original. I disassembled the first unit and saw the problem. The second order included instructions that were specific to insert the wiring into the side slots. Obviously lost use of the first unit. The lack of instructions was the problem, not the operation of the unit. Apparently they've fixed that Anyway I lost one unit because of the lack or instructions. I'm not an electrician. ### ⭐ Medium Speed Quit In 6 Weeks *by D***N on Reviewed in the United States on September 10, 2017* I received what appeared to be an exact replacement part, with correct molded part number, etc. It worked fine for 6 weeks and then the medium speed quit!! I have a high speed and two low speeds.
