Review: Great ladder - I work in a high school and we needed to do decorating for a 10ft ceiling. The footing is nice and wide. Your whole foot fits and the ladder feels sturdy. I would still never get on a ladder without a spotter but it is a great purchase. It is a little heavy but is easy to fold.

**Q: Can it be used outside**
A: I pretty sure it can be use outside. The only difference from this ladder to other commercial ladders is that this one has a wider stretch when opened. It cannot be use unopened like some ladders can, but it has wider slip-proof steps. So, if you are looking for a ladder that safer to climb on, this would be good. If you are looking for one that does not open as wider, then this would not be ideal.

**Q: Is the 5 step ladder really rated to 500 lbs? I saw the same ladder on different ad that states only rated for 330 lbs.**
A: I'm 290 and it is questionable every time I get to 3 step but so far it has held up. I haven't gone pass the 3rd step and if it breaks I will sue there behinds off
