My first JYX karaoke machine was a (15v 1.5A) machine (April, 2025). I ordered a new one to replace the first (same price, same look) (Oct 2025) and I only found out two months ago… that I was sent a (DC 5V) machine…same price… same look. The USB connector broke off. When I went to replace it thru JYX, May, 2026, I found that the second machine was inferior to my first machine. Customer service refused to do anything about it because it was purchased nine months ago. I was hung up on by the ‘supervisor’. So much for customer service. JYX said that it’s possible Amazon filled the order from a slightly different production run with different internal specs or variant. BEWARE what you are getting from Amazon!
