I heard about this product on a Stacy Sims' podcast. This is the best OTC product I've ever taken for sleep. I take diphenhydramine hydrachloride (brand names are Simply Sleep & Benadryl - it's a sedating antihistamine) when I travel because it's cheap and easy to find, but prefer natural methods when I'm at home. This is mineral based, and I get good and sleepy within an hour and doze blissfully at night.
