Its a flimsy card with cheap fans that sits in your case and is designed to blow on the GPU heat sink. Its rubbish in my book. Just PC shwag. Your best bet is to get a water block for it if they are even around and watercool it. I don't really think there is a market for aftermarket GPU air coolers. You can get a cheap all in one pump/res and a radiator but yea its cost prohibitive. Most GPU water blocks go for about $125 up which may be worthwhile if you already have a custom loop but if you add in the cost of a radiator and res/pump, it would cost more than that card with a heatsink is worth. At this point you can pick up a 6500xt for 200 (if you can find it) and sell your 970 online for pennies on the dollar but honestly short of sourcing a similar DOA card on EBAY, your card is nothing more than a paper weight, a poor one at that since most of the mass in the heatsink :) **Q: Will this fan interfere with fans on the GPU?** A: Physically no, the fans are recessed into the shroud. If fans on GPU are running at high RPM, at some point it might affect airflow if the GPU cooler fans are also running at high RPM (turbulence). Depends on many factors (case airflow, number of GPU fans, distance the GPU cooler is from the GPU etc.) Suggest you test with your particular GPU setup, and set fan speeds on both accordingly. It's a inexpensive way to keep your GPU cooler, and preserve RPM hours on the GPU fans which are far more expensive to replace. **Q: does it include a bracket with it ?** A: Yes, there's a small bracket. I thought it was pretty useless. I simply used two long plastic "cable ties" and "tied" to the GPU. The cable ties were black in color and hardly noticable. I'm using the GPU in cybercoin mining. It's been running perfectly for about three weeks. I just ordered two more fan assemblies.
