Solid and strong. Works well.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Armwrestling
*by A***V on December 13, 2023*

Very good 💪💪

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy
*by E***C on August 20, 2023*

Sturdy strap that allows you to easily practice with. The only drawback is that it tends to be rather uncomfortable once you load enough weight on. I would prefer a thicker and softer strap. I don't worry about the strength tho.
