Even so, I found some of the tunes quite catchy, and there's no denying the talent of the small herd of lead actors. My niece, on the other hand, has zero complaints of any kind and remains thrilled with the film, so it gets five stars. (She's already looking forward to "Descendants 3" in 2019 and is dropping hints about adding that disc to her collection....!)
