So glad I did. These work just fine and came with nipple shields which are very useful as well. I like the fact that these shells have a flat edge for laying down without spilling the milk, however they can look a little funny with a tighter shirt. They certainly add a cup size so plan ahead when ordering a nursing bra. But the product works great, I haven't had a spill when sleeping or moving. I am mindful when I bend over and I close the vent/pour spout when sleeping. The plastic is soft and comfortable and keeps my nipples formed (I'd have flat nipples if not wearing the shells). The plastic absorbs the smell of the milk so it can have a strong odor but the milk is fine to use so long as it hasn't been too long since you last cleaning.
