So small, I did not even think twice about it - no significant loss of product occurred and as I live in a high altitude delivery area, I know that anything shipped to me in any form of bottle or jar has the possibility of springing a leak. I quickly went through each bottle to give a test sniff to and was so pleased and excited to begin mixing. Within 2 days of delivery, I had an email from Artizen CS checking in to see how my order had arrived and if it had met my expectations. I responded to advise that one bottle had leaked a small amount. The next day, I had received notification that not only was my original purchase refunded but, I had a full new set on it's way to me. I received that package 2 days later. I was floored. I did not expect to be refunded let alone have another set sent my way. There are additives you can use to help the two blend together in a smoother consistency, but I don't think that's what you're asking. That's kind of why they always say things about enemies being "Like Oil and Water" because they just don't Mix. Also, I see people here talking about Therapeutic grade oils. Just FYI, there is really No such thing, however I understand and use the term sometimes myself, being a Master Gardener and Educated Herbalist. However there aren't any regulations for selling Essential Oils regarding "Theraputic Grade" or any other Quality for that matter. So any Seller could say their Oils are Theraputic Grade and it's possible they are not even safe for use on skin. What I look for when purchasing oils is to first consider what I will be using them for. If I am going to use a Diffuser or any type of Aromatherapy or Bath & Body product or even Food, then they must be Food Grade or safe for Injestion. A lot of Aromotherapy oils are, and most Should Be, but they aren't always! Considering I am Breathing them in, that is Absolutely injesting them! (Into the lungs and bloodstream much faster than if you were to actually eat or drink something with an oil added to it.) It's Something to consider. If it's not safe for your insides, why would it be safe for your outsides? That's pretty much my personal and Business practice. No chemicals, no GMOs, only Natural, Organic and sustainable as possible out here in the Country. Of course it was the Cinnamon one, so now everything smells like cinnamon. That was probably the only one I didn't need in my life. The other mixed scents - all but one have Eucalyptus in it. So if you're interested in any of those I hope you like Halls Vapo-Rub. The wood and frankincense are good. Haven't gotten to the citruses yet. I'm staying away from all the mints. IDK anything about essential oil quality so don't take any of the above to speak to that. The ones I've used smell good and a few drops in water in a little diffuser does what I expect. Because of the apparent frequency of breaking I wouldn't gift these. This came with way more than I needed and it's a lower-priced set so I wasn't expecting much.
