A good friend who is a triathlete was raving about it and I thought I would give it a try. I usually use a pre-workout with caffeine, during workout I take BCAAs and then drink a whey protein shake after. I lift 3-5 days per week and then do cardio 6-7 days a week. It took about 5-6 days before I really started to feel how it was working.....Now after a month I can easily say I LOVE this product!! Don't expect a jolt like you would get from a pre-workout with caffeine...this does not do that, what this does is give you a pretty even level of high energy but I don't have the weird tingle feel that I get with other pre-workouts....My favorite part about this product is how my recovery time is drastically and very noticeably quicker. I really began realizing this after leg workouts where for at a minimum of two days post leg workout I used to wake up super sore and while that made me feel like I had a great workout I would prefer to not have been moving around like an old man. Since using this workout, I feel a little sore the next day but that is absolutely gone by day 2...this helps me train harder as I don't feel super sore. Here is how I take the product currently: in the morning I take 2 capsules prior to a HIIT routine, then breakfast I take one more; about 30 min before weights I take 2 and then follow that up with 2 more with my protein shake.
