The bottle label doesn't specify. It says 30% Beta Glucans and 30% Polysaccharides. **Q: How is this 20,000 mg?** A: It's 20,000mg equivalent. A lot of the mushroom pill makers out there use a concentrated form and then list the equivalent content. For example, I haven't developed Dementia in the past 2 weeks while I have been taking this, but I probably would not have anyway. That said, I feel that the long term benefits are worth the small investment in taking this anyway. As for product quality, these seem to be well made. The capsules are typical size, and they are all filled evenly and consistently. They are not difficult to swallow, and have no taste.
