Getting the initial configuration correct can be a challenge, but that isn't a knock on this product - just the nature of brushless motors. The quality is good, the performance is good although I am not pushing it in any way. I’ve gone back and forth with them via email which takes painfully long and after weeks of discourse, ordered totally the wrong stuff and could not use to upgrade my yard cart to wireless controller. If you are using this upgrade an existing wireless controller it should be much easier but I was trying to upgrade a wired controller and it required downloading and using the VESC tool. There’s very little support online and none from Flipsky about how to configure this.
