What did they know that others didn’t. This book showed many such principles in a very clear way. I really enjoyed engaging stories which made the concept so much relatable and easy to apply. Unless you already know of these basic principles of human relations, it would fascinate you. Even if you know these ideas it will give you tools to make it better. My view is that, after you read this book, you will see interactions with people in your day to day life in a different light. You will be much better and will take your approach to whole next level.
