Lots of accessories that others charge extra for.The base and legs had an issue. One leg doesn't install the same as the other legs. I asked for another leg and they sent me one, same problem. Must be something with the cradle/base that is causing the issue. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Terrible Customer Service - Mediocre Product *by M***B on Reviewed in the United States on March 10, 2020* Ceramic casting substandard to Big Green Egg, quality of workmanship less than Big Green Egg. Monolith requires a ceramic disk under the fire box, something Big Green Egg does not require.Instruction booklet is useless compared to Big Green Egg which is comprehensive.Monolith arrived on a pallet, one leg of the cart was sticking outside the cardboard carton, dragging on the pavement. There were numerous issues with the shipping, missing parts, parts exposed outside the shipping carton. I exchanged 35+ e-mails with BBQ Guru to solve problems with the shipping and condition of the kamado.The shelf brackets bent on the kamado. Each bracket near the handle is bent so attachment to the side tables was impossible.The ash hook was missing in the shipping carton.I was missing a food probe.The Air Vent does not have a screen, I consider that a safety factor.QC was lacking.Customer service was unbelieving and very slow in solve the issues, even after I sent photos of bent parts.
