Use a mitten, as it will be hot hot. Make sure lid is sealed, and then watch thermometer rise back to correct range (about 7 minutes in a small toaster oven). Your β€œideal” decarb time is not β€œ1 hour” as mfg says, its 40 minutes AT THE CORRECT TEMP (!) Do not over or under cook.
