Review: Quality Low Top Boots at a Great Price - Last year I purchased a pair of mid-height Merrell Goretex-lined Moab hiking boots and was very happy with them in regard to comfort and quality. For summer, I've been shopping for a pair of low-top Merrills for walking and working out. After shopping around, I found these Moab 3 Merrills at an excellent price. This version is not lined in Goretex version which, I feel, serves little purpose in low-cut summer shoes. The shoes fit well and are comfortable. For long-distance treks, however, the insoles could benefit from some additional padding. I regularly cut supplementary insoles out of a 5mm EVA sheet to place beneath my shoes' existing insoles. Works like a charm.

Only 1 pair was available and it was my size. The color was also the only pair available and that's why I bought them. Same shoes are available in many other sizes and colors for half the price. I just had to have these because of the color. I do like them. They feel great and the materials seem to be of decent quality.
