They work flawlesly always. **Q: Does it fit on large hubs like ones found on mountain bikes?** A: Yes, fits both 29er DT Swiss 350 hubs and 27.5 SRAM Roan 30 hubs on my MTB’s. **Q: Does it work for Indoor cycling ?** A: Yes, but with one caveat: mine is mounted on an LNow Spin Bike not around the hub, but flat against part of the wheel cover. Once the device wakes up, it transmits accurately the speed to my Garmin Instinct. My only problem is that the device does not always “wake up” without me having to pull then reinsert the battery. It’s a minor inconvenience but there isn’t really another option for Garmin Connect to capture my distance except to manually input it. I just hot glued the unit to the wheel and set the circumference on my App. Once the device is awake, the unit performs flawlessly.
