## Questions & Answers

**Q: hello, what is the power supply? Is this good for Europe (220V)? thank you**
A: Sorry, 110V, US style plug only.

**Q: Does it accept foot switch**
A: Yes, it will work fine with a foot pedal. The grinder plugs into the foot switch and then the switch plugs into the wall. Just leave the grinder switched to the "on" position and when the pedal is pushed, the grinder will start.

**Q: Does it only come with one grinding head?**
A: It comes with one grinding head that seems to work for nearly everything I grind.

**Q: What is the country of manufacture?**
A: Inland is a German company. Their products are subjected to the ISO 9001 norms. Buy with confidence.

    Quiet and solid

This little machine runs great and does a wonderful job. It is easy to set up and operate and I'm very happy with the job it does. I did call the company for some customer service when I first received it and was very disappointed that I neither got a live person nor did they respond to my message requesting urgent help. As it turned out, I resolved the issue without their help but I have serious doubts about the quality of their support.

Great Grinder for the Stained Glass Enthusiast

*by M***. on Reviewed in the United States on March 5, 2013*

I have found this grinder to be perfectly functional. Mine happens to be pretty loud, but I've experienced that the 'exact same' grinders often make varying degrees of noise. The whole grinder was easy to set up, and the grinder bit has held up very well to probably 2 hours straight of grinding so far. For someone doing projects at home I could see this grinder lasting for years. I give it only 4 stars because in the end it's louder than I'd like, and I have a rough time moving my smaller pieces of glass over the surface of the grinder sometimes, because the plastic catches the glass.

    Love this grinder!

I bought this to work in my studio. It is working great. If the day comes and it does not work I will definitely get another one. It grinds very smooth and I have not had to change the bit as of yet. I use it everyday in my projects. The shipping was just as they said. Wonderful service from this shipper.
