Its low grade tv box *by K***L on Reviewed in the United States on November 4, 2017* Device configuration didn't matches what advertised on Amazon. Device is slow and sluggish . It has 1.4Ghz processor and only 1.31GB ram. it comes with poor quality sluggish remote. It shouldn't be sold more than $30. I will not recommend this to any amazon customer.Update: 11-06-2017:I have spend my weekend i.e more than 20 hours with this box. Here are three major problem I see consistently.1. Device hang like any other cheap tv box. ( High specs may attract you but don't get fooled). When it hand remote even become unresponsive. You have to unplug power cable and plug back in to restart the box.2. Navigating between app has lots of lag and its not smooth. To overcome it I have uninstall couple of pre-install app to make clean experience. But I still struggle with the box.3. Though box claim 3gb ram but you can see it struggle with live stream. I have tested it with Sling and I get pixalated image.For the price of $100 you expect good remote with strong ir signal . But remote will be first disappointment you will experience.I'm planning to return it and may dispense little more and go for nvida box for quality software and hardware experience. One this I learn with this box that hardware specs don't matter it software is not well written. The guy in England posted his experience with this box on youtube, and he claims that it's AC adapter that is responsible, he managed to repair his adapter and his box worked, mine just died and and any other cable or adapter could made the trick. I returned one to China after wrangling with after sale support, the other was easy with Amazon. Don't make me wrong the boxes worked as a charm until they didn't. So its a lottery. Probably weak quality control, or some minor engineering errors.
