All i can figure is people arent using it right. ....or dont understand the product and how it works chemically. It must be painted over a reflective color or surface- like white! I shook this can for 3 minutes straight... it started to spray unevenly and got clogged internally. I kept trying to get it unclogged and it spay-exploded (best way to explain it) . The coat was a dull bluish gray and the glow was uneven (but bright).
