Might need to curl the hook tighter with a pair of pliers but it hangs pretty well with movement involved. The weights do not fall off as they slide on the narrower section of the hook and slide down where it's wider and they can't come off without being intentionally lifted off (or I guess if it gets turned upside down and shaken around.
