As the parent of a newly diabetic daughter, I was excited to find a backpack that could help me carry all of her supplies plus my normal purse items. This completely broke within 1 month of ordering. The zipper would not zip appropriately, 2 zippers broke completely and when you did get it zipped, it would unzip with all my stuff in it and it would fall out. It was completely unusable.
