Mine shipped out today which is the same day it dropped. Delivery date says next Thursday. I previously pre ordered madden 22 at Walmart and received the same day it dropped last year **Q: Is this a physical disc or downloadable code?** A: This is physical unless you selected a digital version. I have not seen digital for PS yet. **Q: Is this the disc version for PS5?** A: Unless you selected digital, it will be a hard disc copy **Q: Is this available with downloadable code?** A: If you buy it online from Playstation you get a download code. I have not noticed any of the bugs that others have noticed, though I don’t doubt that they are out there, and I am sure EA Tiburon will work out the minor kinks within an update or two, but as far as gameplay, animations, graphics, etc. it is easily the best Madden I have ever played (and I have played them all). One thing I would suggest is turning the interception gameplay sliders way, way down. When I first installed the game and I was slow simming CPU vs CPU, there were something like 5-10 interceptions per game, which is insane. I dropped the interception sliders down to “30“ instead of the default “50,” and that balanced them out to only 1-3 interceptions per game, which is far more realistic. Other than that I’d have to say it’s well worth the money this year. **************** UPDATE: 10/7/22 ************** With the latest updates, they fixed the interceptions occurring too frequently, however, fumbles still occur way too frequently. Even with a running back who has “99 Carry,” he still fumbles twice a game, which is just silly. So now the interception sliders can be returned to their default of 50, but fumble sluders have to be turned down. Even so, I continue to be ridiculously impressed by this game. I actually read an article recently that said they added something like 3500 more animations than were in last year’s game, and every single time I play it I notice new ones.
