The quality is very nice and it has some decent weight to it and is made by AMP DRUMMOND INC. of Drummondville, Quebec, Canada. The lock comes with two keys that have a key number (6 digits) which is required for key replacement and included is also a code number (7 digits). The item packaging is very secure and the item arrived to my front porch in 2 days via Amazon PRIME. I had no interest in a lock made in China for my cargo trailer. _____________UPDATE......This lock will not fit on a trailer coupler with a thick rolled lip. Had to return to Amazon.
