However the more leaves the more potent the tea will be.. And that will be better for you I disorder. **Q: The description clearly says "Fresh"..."harvested and shipped within 24 hours of order". Yet most comments say they're dried (or rotten) ???** A: I have ordered 4x from this supplier, unfortunately, only 2 of my packages contained fresh leaves the other 2 packages contained dried brittle leaves. **Q: How much water should i use with these leaves?** A: I boil 2 cups of water then I pinch a few crush mango leaves and place it in the hot water cover for 1-2 minutes and then drink. I was very pleased with the results. with my health plan the mango leaves brought my blood sugar level over 100 points in 3 days. I know it was the leaves because I was off most of my Diabetes Meds except one. I needed to find an alternative med since the one the doctors were giving me kept giving bad to serious side effects. the mango leaves did the trick. I believe in all forms of meds natural to man made. So if I can get the needed benefits from the one I will try the other, so as long as I am NOT having adverse or bad side effects.
