Quality is great.> Actual outer dimensions of bag is 16" x 12" and inside is 1/2" smaller. It is not 13.5" tall as listed above. This bag will easily fit a 15-16" laptop and maybe a small 17" laptop. My 14" laptop kinda swam around inside the pocket. The side padding is not enough so don't go dropping the bag with your laptop in it.> This bag is a very nice copy of the Tumi bag, but plenty of differences. It is larger than the Tumi by a good +1" in width and height. Note the leather shown at the bottom of the front pockets does not continue on the bottom side of the bag. . Clips and zippers were nice.> Some negatives: The shoulder strap adjustment is really loose so it slides longer/shorter too easily. The tan-gold colored strap material is very nice and pliable, but the shoulder pad felt a little cheap. I wish one of the front pockets was lined in a soft felt type material for better cell phone protection. For me I wanted it to be smaller in width so it matched my suitcase & laptop better. The slot on the back of the bag to slide over your suitcase handle has only 1 zipper on top, so it doesn't stay as tight while sitting on top of your roller suitcase. The gray fabric is okay, I would prefer black or better a navy blue and also prefer ballistic nylon. Really does seem like one of the better quality ones.Roomy space, fits a larger laptop like a glove, even though I use it for my 13” macbook with a sleeve on it - as well as my daily planner, a few other notepads and smaller items, with plenty of room to spare.I do wish they had the convertible backpack option, like some bags I saw, but then again, would I use it if I had it.Also, my wife fell in love with it, that she made me order another one. However, there are some minor problems, i.e. the shoulder strap/cushion squeaks when I walk because of the way it rubs against the strap, and one of the organizer pockets inside the front section got torn fairly easily due to an accident (not sure if this was because of me or the fabric quality). All in all though, I am happy with it.
