Incredibly happy with this cold brew coffee maker! *by S***N on November 13, 2017* Okay, so I take my coffee pretty seriously. I hand grind my own beans and take the time to do everything right. I’ve always loved cold brew but have had a really hard time finding a good cold brew coffee maker that meets my needs, until now. This thing is AMAZING. First off, it looks great and it’s built with quality which is important. The size of it is great, I opted for this bigger one over their smaller brewer because I drink a lot of coffee and felt it was better suited for multiple people (sometimes I have friends come over and it’s nice to be able to offer them high quality cold brew, they love it). The coffee it makes it also fantastic. They nailed the design and the brew ratio is perfect. I can’t stop drinking this stuff.Lastly, the packaging and directions are on point. Coffee Panda emailed me after I made my purchase and in the email came special cold brew recipes and a really sweet message from the owners. You can tell they care about their product and their brand. I sent them an email with a question and they answered me in less than an hour. Now that is customer service.Very satisfied customer here and I don’t usually write reviews like this but felt this one deserved it. I don’t think you will regret buying this cold brew coffee maker at all! ### ⭐ Hopelessly tedious and difficult to use *by C***N on December 17, 2018* I wanted to like this product, I really did. I bought this because it's larger than my french press, but found it very difficult to use, and not more effective than the french press I was using previously. The filter is not wide enough or deep enough to make stronger brews, resulting in coffee-flavored water when soaked grounds are filled to the top of the filter. In addition, I consistently had sludge in the bottom after every brew, even using the coarsest grind our Breville Smart Grinder Pro can produce. It takes approximately 15min or longer to pour (trickle) water over the grounds as instructed to prevent an overflow; this is 14min faster than it should be via most other methods. I ended up going to a half gallon wide-mouthed jar and a nut milk bag, considering I was double filtering anyway. Avoid this product. Not doing so will result in weak cold brew, and putting in an unnecessary amount of work to produce it. ### ⭐⭐ Nice idea but design lacking *by K***E on February 11, 2018* On the pitcher the ratio to water results in weak coffee flavor. The cylinder (for the grounds) too easily detaches from the spout section.
