Also, love this brand! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ defective part *by P***5 on August 17, 2023* This is a good tool generally, but the tension knob gear is plastic instead of metal and gets damaged over time and will not tighten or loosen the chain at it should! This keeps the chain from staying tight! I've asked the manufacturer for a metal tension knob gear. I may have to have several replacement tension knobs on hand. Part number 20040090046 plastic. I removed the knob and use a flat screwdriver and a hammer to tighten and keep tight the chain.
