It must be the water temperature?** A: Never had this problem, but advice on box says use water off the boil. **Q: is it gluten free? lactose free?** A: I do not have the flat white but have cappuccino. It does not state whether it is gluton free so unable to advise on that one. It contains skimmed milk powder.
