The ear fall off because they is no grip so they are constantly falling off ears. You will actually have to insert the earbuds inside the ear so far deep inside that you cannot hear yourself talk. I dont even know if that is good or not for your ears. Would not recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good headset *by U***R on Reviewed in the United States on August 22, 2018* Very good headset and functions perfectly in every way with 1 issue. There is a consistent beep whenever I watch any kind of video; other than that, the sound quality and volume is perfect for music and calls. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Great sound horrible design *by K***R on Reviewed in the United States on April 8, 2019* Sound quality is excellent and actually quite surprised by the bass that they produce. However 8 months in and the plastic casing that goes around the neck has already broken making it almost impossible to wear. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/46916399-bluetooth-headset-bluetooth-headphones-sx991-lbell-wireless-neckband-design-foldable](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/46916399-bluetooth-headset-bluetooth-headphones-sx991-lbell-wireless-neckband-design-foldable) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-11-04*
