The new-and-improved GenuTrain provides secure support for mild instability and relieves knee pain and swelling.With medical-grade compression provided by a comfortable knitted fabric, the GenuTrain knee brace produces intermittent massage during movement, relieving pain and stimulating the body’s metabolic response. This improves circulation to bring more oxygenated blood to the affected tissue and reduces pain and swelling in and around the knee.GenuTrain’s uniquely-engineered design activates the body’s own stabilization mechanisms: Its soft knitted fabric is anatomically-contoured and texturized to ensure full contact with the skin, engaging proprioceptors that send signals to the brain. - CORRECT FIT AND SIZING: With your knee slightly bent, use the center/outside of your knee as your starting point and measure 5 1/2" up your thigh. Measure around thigh for circumference. Using center/outside of knee for starting point, measure 4 3/4" down your calf. Measure around calf for circumference. Make sure measure tape is not too tight or too loose. If your thigh measurements are split between two sizes, choose the Comfort (C) size. Refer to sizing chart & video for correct sizing.

This has been an amazing support for allowing me to stay fairly active this summer while I was for surgery on a pretty bad meniscus tear. The quality is superb. The knitted construction is really soft, but stays really snug and hasn’t stretched out (and I’ve been wearing it almost every day for two months). The compression feels great, and it’s honestly easy to forget I have it on. I ran a 12k with it and didn’t have to adjust it once. Yes, it has a significantly higher price tag. But I’d also argue it’s 10x better than all the other braces I’d tried in the past. Forget those with Velcro or other tightening systems - just get one of these.
