Organic Turmeric Curcumin with Added Boswellia - 120 Capsules - Organic - Non GMO - Gluten and Soy Free - Vegan Friendly

This supplement combines two types of curcumanoids with black pepper and boswellia serrata, another anti-inflammatory agent, reportedly helpful against osteoarthritis and cerebral edema. The latter is present here in too small of a dose--100mg vs the recommended 2,400-2,600mg--but is nice to have nonetheless.Curcumin's anti-inflammatory effects may be protective against some form of cancer progression based on very preliminary research, as well as reducing the risk of diabetes, amongst having other beneficial effects. It has poor bioavailability, but black pepper enhances its absorption, which tells me Fresh Nutrition seem to know what they're doing. Curcumin is recommended in the range of 80-500mg and is present here at 550mg. Good in my book.

I am suffering with severe day to day neck pain. In and out of the office with my Orthopedic doctors and no real relief. I have been taking this for one week now and still no relief. I was hoping this would be the answer to neck arthritis. I might need to find a new line of work that doesn't require me looking upwards so much as this only exacerbates the pre-existing joint issues in the neck. I did make a purchase as well here on Amazon for Prism Glasses designed for rock climbers. The glasses were designed for decreasing wear and tear on the neck allowing for further head forward positioning while still being able to see upwards above your head. This might also help some others like myself who put moderate to heavy strain on the neck due to upwards viewing. Nonetheless, I will continue taking this product once per day and update again in one to two weeks. Wish me well until further notice.UPDATE:3 weeks of taking 1 capsule every day and absolutely feeling no relief whatsoever. I will keep trying.

I bought this in the Spring of this year, and at first I was skeptical, so I stopped. Since switching to a plant-based diet about a month and a half ago, and recommitting myself to eliminating anything I was investing that might be a contributing factor in activating any pain and inflammation in my body, I went off the OTC pain meds and resumed taking this supplement. I find it to be an excellent pain management alternative to ibuprofen and other NSAIDs. I rely solely on these supplements and a regimen of topical ointments before and after my workouts and I am happy to report that my daily workouts have been virtually pain free and the inflammation has all but vanished.

This supplement is exactly what I was looking for. It is a potent combination of turmeric, boswellia serrata and black pepper which gives the product maximum effect. Also it’s organic so a bonus as well!I suffer from chronic pain and inflammation from fibromyalgia and other joint issues and since I started taking this supplement I can honestly say that my pain and inflammation have become more manageable. My pain is not gone completely, because sadly I don’t think anything can make it go away entirely, but I do feel a significant difference when I’m taking this. There was a short period of time when I was in between bottles and out of stock and I really noticed a difference when I was not taking it vs. when I got re-stocked again.I consider this supplement to be a crucial part of my daily health and pain management routine.

Ordered Tumeric several times from this company. The capsules are normally orange. When they arrived they were white. There was no explaination as to why the capsules were white. I need more information before I give a good review. I'm kind of dissapointed with this product.

I am a huge believer that most (if not all) of the substances we need to achieve and maintain optimal health can be found growing somewhere on Earth. Turmeric (specifically, the curcumin/curcuminoids contained therein) has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years as it is helpful for many conditions. I've been searching for a curcuminoid supplement to hopefully help my eczema and occasional (and very random) joint pain. I was first introduced to Boswellia and Turmeric as a "dynamic duo" several years ago when I went searching for natural remedies to ease my dog's arthritis pain. This combination helped provide a great deal of comfort for him in his final years of life, so I've seen the benefits of this combination first-hand. I've tried a few other turmeric/curcumin supplements with no noticeable difference after a few weeks... to be fair, the use of supplements is more about the long-game, so use should usually be continuous for 4-6 weeks before truly being able to evaluate if the supplement is helping... and after recently reflecting on the relief that adding boswellia offered to my precious dog, I decided to find such a supplement for myself.Within two days of taking this supplement, the persistent pain and swelling in the middle finger on my right hand had decreased dramatically. (The pain is from constant daily scrolling with a mouse at a computer, not an anger issue! 😉) Worth noting is that I've been taking two pills per day, one in the morning and one in the evening, instead of the one pill per day suggested on the label. If I miss a pill, the pain and stiffness starts to return to my finger, but overall my other joints (where the pain is more sporadic) feel much better. I'm still waiting to evaluate the effects on the eczema as I've only been taking this supplement for about two weeks, but even taking this for two weeks I feel confident that it's helping my health in other ways and I am excited to see how much it helps as time goes on. I will update this review if I see progress with my eczema. I feel confident that this is a high-quality supplement at a great price, so I highly recommend it if you're searching for natural pain and inflammation relief.
