The Sfogliafacile comes equipped with easily adjustable roller widths  that allow you to take minute control over the thickness of your doughs,  fondants and more. Select between 0.5 in / 12 mm (ideal for marzipan)  and 0.2 in / 0.5 mm thickness to suit a wide variety of needs. This is a  much easier way to get the exact thickness you require, it's much more  tiresome and difficult by hand!
