My husband and I both take it because we heard organ meat is really good for you. Plus, I'm breastfeeding and my baby needs the iron so I figured this is a great way to get it, plus all the other nutrients from organ meat (which is great for babies, esp 6 months+). It says you can take it with just water, but I always eat at least a little something before and it always digests great. Never gotten indigestion or nausea or anything. It seems to be great quality and clean. Both of us feel more energized. Not drastically, but just good. The capsules are decently large but easy to swallow, I have taken 6 at once. I was taking 6 but decided to drop down to 4/day because I just intuitively felt it was too much as a woman who regularly eats animal protein. I'm about 5'8", 155lbs. My husband is about 200lbs and sticks with 6/day. These are not cheap but you get what you pay for, so we feel these are a good value and will keep buying them.
