**Q: This says airsoft but is it strong enough to hold fully loaded real 223 magazines and 9mm pistol mags for when I go to the gun range?**
A: Yes

**Q: Does it have an ifak pouch ?**
A: Nope, must be purchased separately.  Mag pouches and one that worked for me as a radio pouch

**Q: How do you adjust this for waist?**
A: I just looked it over and hidden in the back is at least a 4 inch expansion straps. This vest is incredible. Every bit as good as other expensive ones. I highly recommend it. If you don’t like it amazon is great about returns.

**Q: will this hold 6x8 side armour plates or just 6x6 with fragmentation coating**
A: Holds 6x8 fine.  VERY strong velcro

It's not fkin Clips it's called Mags. Anybody who calls Mags as Clips should not be allowed to even go near a firearm.
