On android a camera image can can be superimposed on the thermal image and can be scaled up and moved on screen to get some form of concurrence. Unfortunately the app only seems to record the thermal image. However, if you do get the 2 images to line up reasonably well and you are steady, it is possible to take the thermal image and then switch to the camera app to take the similar photo equivalent. On windows there doesn't appear to be any image superposition capability.
