Heated up before the recommended time, tested on a paper strip first to get the roller going. Found it would only roll one direction which was okay once I realised. Thought 125 would be too hot on my skin but it was actually fine. Perfect amount of wax dispensed. When i can be bothered, I wax my legs with an old fashioned pot and spatula but this is 100× easier with less mess! When I can't be bothered, I pay £20 at a salon so I am well happy to spend £30 on this kit which I will get many uses out of. My old wax pot is over 20 years old so fingers crossed this lasts the same amount of time. I covered each leg completely with wax before I started using the paper strips. Maybe used 4 strips per leg My only complaint about this particular wax is that it was hard to see on my skin so I did accidentally stick my finger in it a few times which was a bit annoying. I'll be sure to choose a coloured wax when i get replacement refills. As I have been waxing for such a long time, my legs are really patchy where the hair grows. I've actually never been too consistent with waxing my legs so I'm hoping that if I keep it up, in 5 years or so, I probably won't have to bother doing it!
