I bought the first one (LT) based on the size recommendation and it fit perfectly. But I had no room for layers. Had to go up a size. **Q: I'm 5' 7 175-180lbs what size should I order ?** A: I personally I would go to a sitka clothing store and try on some sizes. I would guess, you would take a large size. I'm 5'10" and weigh 212lbs. I take an XL with room to layer. You should look at the sizing chart and see what it says about waist and chest measurements and inseam.
