It works great, as advertised. It looks very nice. The width of a 2-slot toaster, but capability of toasting 4 pieces, perfectly. For my first test: I toasted 2 pieces of thick raisin toast, and they came out to perfection. Nicely browned, heated all the way through with no burnt raisins. I am very pleased with this toaster so much, I purchased a second one for giving as a gift. Thank you! Review: Calidad - Calidad, rapidez, vale la pena ## Features - EXTRA WIDE & LONG SLOTS FIT WHAT OTHER TOASTERS WON'T: Two long slots (10" Γ— 1.5") fit full bagel halves flat, thick sourdough, Texas Toast, artisan loaves, English muffins, and waffles. Four full slices toast at once. Best results: always toast 2 slices per slot (one in each), with slices directly opposing each other for balanced heat distribution. - 6 BROWNING SETTINGS β€” FROM BARELY WARM TO PERFECTLY DARK: A full dial from Level 1 (light, barely warm) to Level 6 (deep, dark, crunchy) gives you genuine control over your toast. New toaster tip: run one empty cycle at your preferred setting before first use β€” this clears manufacturing residue and delivers the most even browning from day one. - REHEAT, DEFROST & CANCEL β€” THREE FUNCTIONS MOST TOASTERS SKIP: Reheat warms previously toasted bread at low heat without re-toasting or burning. Defrost goes straight from freezer to table in one cycle (great for frozen waffles, bagels, and French toast). One-touch Cancel stops and ejects immediately, anytime. - BUILT-IN WARMING RACK HEATS PASTRIES WHILE YOU TOAST: Push down the warming rack lever and the rack pops up, ready to warm croissants, buns, rolls, and pitas on top while bread toasts below. Everything arrives at the table warm at the same moment β€” a feature most toasters at this price simply don't include. - CORD STORAGE, SLIDE-OUT CRUMB TRAYS & HIGH-LIFT LEVER: The 36" cord wraps neatly into built-in base storage, keeping your counter clean. Slide-out crumb tray clicks out, empty in seconds, and clicks back in. The high-lift pop-up lever safely raises even small slices above the slot edge for easy retrieval. ETL certified. 1-Year Warranty backed by Elite Gourmet's US-based support team. - TRUSTED BRAND: As a trusted brand for over 40 years, Elite Gourmet has delivered high quality and stylish kitchen products that are affordable & user friendly. Call, email, or live chat with us, our US-based support team responds quickly to all inquiries. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07HYW76FK | | Best Sellers Rank | #1,150,247 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) #204 in Pop-up Toasters | | Brand | Elite Gourmet | | Brand Name | Elite Gourmet | | Colour | Black/Stainless Steel | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 39,534 Reviews | | Display Type | Digital | | Finish Type | Polished | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00717056126751 | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 18.1D x 37.3W x 19.5H Centimeters | | Manufacturer | Maximatic | | Material | Stainless Steel | | Material Type | Stainless Steel | | Model Number | ECT-3100 | | Number of Programs | 3 | | Number of Slices | 4 | | Number of settings | 6 | | Part Number | ECT-3100 | | Product Dimensions | 18.1D x 37.3W x 19.5H Centimeters | | Slot Count | 4 | | Special Features | Warming Rack | | UPC | 717056126751 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Voltage | 120.0 | | Wattage | 1300 Watts | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Elite Gourmet - **Colour:** Stainless Steel and Black - **Material:** Stainless Steel - **Product Dimensions:** 18.1D x 37.3W x 19.5H Centimeters - **Wattage:** 1300 Watts ## Images ![Elite Platinum ECT-3100 Cool Touch Long Slot Toaster with Extra Wide 1.25" Slots for Bagels, 6 Settings, Space Saving Design, Warming Rack, 4 Slice, Stainless Steel & Black - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71-IXV5ICNL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: This is very similar to the ikich toaster. are they made by the same company?** A: Same experience here. Ikich broke, ordered this one and it looks eerily similar to that. Ikich lasted 7 months, this one broke in 2 months and I am out of return period now. Does anyone have their customer service number? **Q: Could you toast 4 waffles at once?** A: You can toast up to 4 of them perfectly **Q: Listing says it has a bagel setting but I only see reheat and defrost. Does it have a setting to toast only the inside?** A: The reviews are combined for 2 different products, so it's confusing. The 3100 doesn't have the one-side-only bagel function, the 3400 does. Hope this helps **Q: Where is the cord on this toaster?** A: The cord is attached to the underside towards the back side. When looking at the picture here, it is directly across from the control knob on the other side of the depression lever. Unit has pegs to raise it off counter so cord can come out from under toaster anywhere needed. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great toaster *by P***T on 4 June 2026* This is a very nice toaster for the money - a great value. It's a toaster with benefits & no obligations! It replaces my battered single wide/long slice Black & Decker. In addition to being able to take thick, long slices (I'm looking at you sourdough!), there's a reheat feature as well as a flip up warming rack which are both super useful. High value & value priced - you can't go wring here! ## Frequently Bought Together - Elite Gourmet ECT-3100 Long Slot 4 Slice Toaster, Reheat, 6 Toast Settings, Defrost, Cancel Functions, Built-in Warming Rack, Extra Wide Slots for Bagels & Waffles, Stainless Steel & Black - Ninja Air Fryer, Roast, Bake, Air Fry, Roast, Broil, Reheats, & Dehydrates, 4-in-1, Fries, Frozen Food, Veggies, and Juicy Meat, Less Oil, Easy Meals, Healthy Meals, Compact, 4 QT, Grey, AF101 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/476790010-elite-platinum-ect-3100-cool-touch-long-slot-toaster-extra](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/476790010-elite-platinum-ect-3100-cool-touch-long-slot-toaster-extra) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-23*
