A: I’d be surprised if they were.  Honestly a good antiseptic brush cleaner (I like Parian Spirit) after every use and regular shampooing is going to get you further than any “antibacterial” brush treatment.

Had to buy the whole set just for the foundation brush because it's not sold separately which is a shame. Best foundation brush I've found to date... I kind of use a "dabbing" motion to put my foundation on, rather than a sweeping motion, with this brush and it leaves a smooth even finish.
