In fact, not advised at all. Vile stuff even in drinks to disguise the taste. Even this would be tolorable if it did not give me mouth blisters. **Q: Have just received a bottle of this and it has a very strong smell…is this usual. It is a yeast time smell so probably the vitamin b?** A: I had the same problem , and it was VERY EXTREME STINK .
