**Q: how long is the cord?**
A: It's Approximately 3 meters in length

**Q: how to remove and clean the pump?**
A: Hiunplug it & take apart ( I use a knife to prize it apart initially ) once the top is off prize the 2nd internal part off & remove small cog,  I give it a good scrup under running water & use an earbud to get bits out ( I do on a monthly basis as it does get clogged with hair & starts to smell )  put it all back together - hope this helps

**Q: Does it have a UK plug?**
A: Certainly, I bought mine with the UK plug on it.

**Q: is the flow adjustable?**
A: The flow rate is adjustable. You can adjust a plastic ring on the pump. BUT the electric motor ALWAYS runs at the same speed.All the flow rate adjuster does is divert more or less water through the pump.In other words, if you want to reduce electrical consumption or whatever, adjusting the flow rate won't make a difference. It just changes the speed at which water flows up and over the waterfall tray.
