Q: Exact size if the d shape cushion?

From left to right (longest part of the roll) = 30cm. From top to bottom of the back section (the flat part where the zip is) = 15cm. From back to front (i.e. flat back to curved front) = 10cm. I'm sitting on my swivel office chair now with the roll pushed firmly into my back - what a relief! A good buy!!

My McKenzie D pillow is high density foam which means it is very firm. It helps a great deal with lower back pain and it keeps its shape very well. I use it every day.

Q: how do i inflate the Mackenzie roll ?

It is a foam cushion. It does not need inflating.

Q: Will thia fit my car seat?

I don't use this in my car. But I think the roll would probably fit most car seats. But whether this roll is the best back support for car seats is another issue. I use a small inflatable cushion for back supoport in my own car, and this is the best solution I've found.
