They are really easy to swallow and don't leave any unpleasant aftertaste, but it's worth noting if you have any aversion to large pills! I've never really been one for supplements, but have been struggling with joint pain a lot over the last few months, so decided to give vitamin C a go and see if that would help. These have definitely helped strengthen my joints a bit and, maybe a coincidence, but my skin's actually cleared up too since starting these (I have tried a plain ester c supplement and didn't have that result, so guessing that's from the extras). I also have a little more energy.
